Captain America: Brave New World New Logo Unveiled

A new logo for the fourth Captain America movie was revealed.

Captain America: Brave New World recently got a title change. As expected, Disney marketing wasted no time in getting the Marvel Studios movie an updated logo. The logo was previously glimpsed in a behind the scenes set photo that announced the title change, but this is the first time we’re seeing it in full high resolution.

For comparison, here is the old logo from the 2022 SDCC announcement when the movie was titled Captain America: New World Order.

The new logo uses red to denote its subtitle red, that’s more in line wiht the logo used for Captain America: Civil War, with the subtitle’s font style being reminiscent of Captain America: The First Avenger. However, the logo for New World Order was more in line with the best movie in the series: Captain America: The Winter Soldier, so much so that one could argue it merely felt like a placeholder logo cooked together just in time for the SDCC reveal.

And while this may be taking things a bit too far, red is also the color for the Red Hulk, purported to be featured in the movie as Harrison Ford’s recast General Thaddeus Ross transforms into the character. Whether or not that turns out to be the case, we’ll see.

Captain America: Brave New World now hits theaters on July 26, 2024, away from its original May 4, 2024 release date.
